Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
Human Resources uses it to manage payroll, benefits, post and manage new job listings, filter applicants, track all applicants, training programs, etc. At the employee level, we use it for paid time off management, company holidays, pay stubs, W-2, enrolling for benefits, an overview of the company organization chart, filtering applicants, and tracking applicants.
- I like how PTO is managed in Rippling, especially an overview of hours used, remaining, etc.
- The organization chart access is super helpful, especially for new employees.
- Enrolling for benefits is also simple on Rippling.
- I don't know if this is a feature, but I wish there was a way to keep track of hours worked for hourly employees.
- I like that we have been able centralize everything other than time tracking.
