Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is used by our entire organization for HR and payroll needs. Our employees are able to track time, request time off, and manage benefits and insurance through the Rippling platform. It is a simple and user-friendly process and event better - all kept in ONE application!

Pros

  • Clean and easy user interface
  • well thought out UX
  • Emails with easy to understand instructions for every use case
  • Document retrieval
  • To-do lists and reminders are easy to navigate

Cons

  • Maybe a longer list of app integrations - that's about all I can think of!
  • More users complete tasks - keeping everyone happier!
  • Better methods for information/data management for HR

Easy for any team member to use - very intuitive features and flow.
I believe Rippling can be an effective HR/Benefits tool for any sized company. I love the easy-to-use interface and the UX is seamless. It makes cumbersome tasks like 401K elections, insurance set up, and withholdings a breeze. I highly recommend Rippling to anyone looking to streamline Payroll, HR, and benefits functions for their organizations.
