Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

The user interface is really easy to understand and use. I like getting an email every time I get paid. I like how easy it is to log and request PTO. Most of all, I found it really easy to sign up for my health, dental, and vision insurance through the application. So far, this is the best portal I have used in a work setting.

I have never used customer services from Rippling before. I bet they do a great job, but I cannot honestly answer this question.

I love the overall usability! I think it is easy to understand and easy to use. I like that it doesn't waste my time. I have never struggled to use one of the features with Rippling.

Rippling is the perfect platform for a small business. I work at a startup nonprofit organization and we use the portal to manage all finance and human resources items. I find the application easy to use and I never have to contact the HR person or IT for help. I would recommend this product to other professionals.
