Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We have unlimited PTO, so we manage PTO through rippling. We just finished Open Enrollment and Rippling made this a breeze. And payroll is easy to access and track if needed. And I believe that our IT department uses Rippling to administer our firewall and virus protection since we are a fully remote team.

Head to head I think they are equal from a user standpoint. I am not sure how this product stands up from an HR point of view.
I have not needed support as the navigation is so straight forward.
