Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Rippling to complete tasks designated by HR like employer-sponsored insurance. I also use Rippling to view payroll details, change direct deposit information, and request time off, viewing the earned vacation time and remaining sick time. Maximizing HR efficiency was the number one problem that Rippling addresses. My scope is limited to the employee view.

Alternatives Considered

I did not actively research other platforms nor did I actively choose Rippling. As an employee of my organization, I did not participate in the Rippling selection. However other employee portals such as When I Work hardly compare. Those apps often require other apps and information can be challenging to find and access. Rippling makes it easy

My HR department utilizes Rippling seamlessly due to the quality of tech support. I frequently feel confident in the accuracy and functionality of the system. There has been no issue with Rippling since our company started using it. Payroll is also accurate and easy to audit. I love Rippling support!

Usability

Although I don't know what Rippling is like from the HR perspective, Rippling makes it easy for me to do my job and complete my HR tasks as an employee. The most tedious HR apps take an employee's time away from the job duties. Rippling is definitely the easiest employee-centered HR app that I have ever used!

Likelihood to Recommend

Rippling has been great for organizing HR-created tasks on the employee level. It is easy to see what needs to be done and to update my personal information. It is also very easy to check my insurance details as well as pay stubs and W2s. I love that Rippling is a one-stop-shop that allows me to view everything from a single site. Would love to see 401K programs more easily through Rippling. I can't think of a place where Rippling would have inappropriate use.
