What is Savant Labs?

Savant Labs is an artificial intelligence (AI) workflow automation platform for enterprise finance, tax, and accounting teams. The platform automates repeatable workflows for financial close, reconciliations, tax provisions, data preparation, reporting, and related processes that often rely on spreadsheets, email, and manual data entry.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Savant to automate reports that the operation needs, this reports needed to be as live as possible and since Power BI reporting does not have those direct connections to our data warehouse in snowflake Savant came in and saved us. We now have all of our automated reports, updates, emails programmed with Savant with the most up to date data, in addition, we can have dynamic filtering, do transformations to the data before it gets send, choose the format for this data, is really all over the place.

Cons

Let the user implement HTML code to the automated emails
let you sync again with the data source when a new column is added without the need to re run the bot
dark theme.

Return on Investment

We can rely on Savant to reduce our capacity units from our power bi license by automating reports there
we don't have to worry about sending emails with new data all the time
We needed 2 people for our data pull request demand with Savant just 1 person can maintain the entire reporting system
