Very poor deliverability

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I needed something that would let me email tens to hundreds of thousands of people who filled out a survey on our website.

Pros

  • UI seemed fine/standard
  • Price/free plan is generous
  • Basic features were good/standard

Cons

  • Deliverability/open rates are extremely low compared to other providers. IE: I was getting 50-60% open rates with most providers and 6.5% with Sender.

Return on Investment

  • Unable to use it due to poor deliverability

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have used it to send cold emails to generate new clients. It's been very good for us, all emails get delivered and we don't get flagged for spam which is great. We also use it internally to communicate between all departments. Everyone's been happy with their experience with Sender in the company.

Pros

  • Email Delivaribility rate is very good
  • User interface is very good
  • You can get started for free which is great when you are small

Cons

  • Better graphics it looks like its from 1995 sometimes
  • Better templates to be used
  • They talk a lot about newsletters and we weren't really impressed with it
  • Better customer support

  • Can't think of anything negative really, it's all been good

Pros

  • I am highly impressed with its Automation feature. It is very useful to get more responses out of my whole campaign.
  • Its data import feature to create subscriber lists is also very advanced. It removes duplicates in my data.
  • Email deliverability is very accurate.

Cons

  • Its Drag and Drop section is quite good but still lacks some useful features.
  • Sometimes it doesn't accept login credentials. Maybe this happens because of bugs.
  • They should have categorized templates.

  • With the help of this application I increased my subscriber base by 100% in just 3 months.
  • It helped my organization by increasing sales revenue by 45% in the 1st quarter of the financial year 2018-19.
