Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Sprinklr social is used in our company to connected all the siloed country teams to collaborate and use a single channel to publish content on our various social channels. This helps us keep track of all social accounts we own, reuse the global content by country teams, look at the on demand reporting information about the engagement received on the posts published and optimize if required. It also helps us in community moderation.

We see this tool as a good fix for effectively managing our social media at scale.

Pros

  • The feature that allows you to schedule and post content to various channels in one go saves a lot of time and labor.
  • Instead of depending on our external agencies to provide us reporting information on engagement, we now have on demand reports that help us pivot the social media strategies.
  • The UI of the tool is pretty user friendly and optimized, quick to adopt.

Cons

  • We feel Sprinklr should work with LinkedIn to enable profile reporting within the Sprinklr tool, this would be game changer for companies using their C level executives profiles to post and report via Sprinklr.
  • Social listening coverage should be broad and include more granular data about the location of the mention without which the data may not be of any use.
  • Benchmarking module should cover wide channels than what is covered currently, this would give companies an edge to benchmark all of their social channels.

Wide coverage in terms of social channels supported, easy to connect the social channels to Sprinklr to get started.

The solid governance within Sprinklr enables enterprise level setup.

Publishing workflows can have approval process built in and with the rule engine a lot of workflows can be automated, reducing the manual efforts and time.

One can have multiple levels of approval built in and even those who do not have Sprinklr access can approve the content via email.

Sprinklr Social is an all in one solution for most advertising businesses. Social listening and campaign results reporting are definitely the highlights of the platform. The learning curve is the most challenging aspect of Sprinklr Social, but definitely worth your time. Presentations tool need a do over quickly.

We use Sprinklr as a publisher organizer, for our social media projects. With Sprinklr we are able to organize all content for days, weeks and months having zero problems to upload and prevent lack of communication hiatus in our clients accounts. A excellent tool that allows client and agency to have the same updates and understand all strategies we planned for monthly contents.

Likelihood to Recommend

is suited for big accounts, that need to have lots of publications. Also, it's a best way to share with client all content planned, scheduled and, if necessary, request adjustments in time to be published.

And we not suited for accounts that has old metrics to be alligned and sometimes it's not possible to sync and do a retro meansuring.

At our org, we used to use other social media tools like Emplifi and Khoros, but all of them lack flexibility when it comes to tailored specific clients’ needs. Sprinklr Social adapted their suite to all our social media needs, making the required adjustments as well as some additional implementations for reporting data.

We moderate and reply to user comments and private messages, categorize by action needed, and occasionally use the tagging system

Pros

  • Simple, easy to use macro and action systems
  • Quick, simple-to-use, comprehensive search feature
  • Ability to filter pulled content
  • Being able to bulk-select content to action

Cons

  • There are times where applying an action won't automatically refresh a stream, making it seem as though the action didn't go through (but it did)

It seems to be very good for any type of social media moderation! I can't think of a specific scenario where it would be inappropriate to use

marketing team is using it. we like the control and the intutive ease of use for the software. Content review, publishing has been good and easy to use as well.

I use Sprinklr on a day-to-day basis for publishing posts on our social media platforms. I also use it for community management of all the platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook). I manage all of the channels of Philips in Latin America, therefore there are a lot and Sprinklr allows me to have quick and easy access to all of them. Sprinklr is also very user-friendly.

Cons

  • It would be very useful if there were already made templates for reports that the user can copy and paste and use for their company.
  • Better visualization of the calendar of posts and filtering of those posts

We used to monitor and moderate our client's social media accounts (top 5 accounts) with Sprinklr. The team's moderate all content that comes in for these clients. We then address questions, complaints, compliments, and any other remarks that come from customers. Sprinklr also helps listen in to "who" is mentioning our products or clients across the web, it then helps us to design social ads, and create reports. The best part is it's all on a single platform!

Likelihood to Recommend

Sprinklr is great as you can use it to send short messages instead of emails. And you get to see the profile of who you are communicating with right on top. You can contact customers on different channels, not only via chat or email. Another thing that makes my life easy is the fact that I can easily exchange information across the company no matter how many social media profiles are connected and I can share it with a colleague, wherever he is.
