Rating: 9 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As we are involved in a lot of travel arrangements, we needed a software that can handle remote connectivity and collaboration while on the move. TeamViewer was a perfect choice for us as it allowed us to connect and collaborate in hybrid and remote conditions. The screen sharing and file sharing are some of the most admired features that I personally liked as it facilitates finalisation of travel plans.

Pros

  • Remote connectivity
  • Upfront collaboration
  • Hybrid setup and screensharing

Cons

  • Must assimilate more with other operational tools

Likelihood to Recommend

TeamViewer has really made a difference right from deployment which was very easy and the vendor also provided support in installation. Moreover, the ticketing workflow can be monitored remotely and swiftly by TeamViewer dashboard in order to avoid clerical errors which may lead to cancellation and poor experience for our clients.

Rating: 10 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have used TeamViewer to connect with the team while we were working remotely as we are a hybrid work-culture based company and we take TeamViewer connection to get files and easy transfer of codes. Pros

  • Remote access to client laptops
  • File sharing between internal team and external clients.
  • Session recording and reporting for analysis purposes.

We use TeamViewer to connect with out tech team which is based in Cape town as currently we based in another state which is Gauteng. this platform makes it very easy when u get issues on our laptops that needs urgent attention and assistance from the tech and IT team to remotely connect to our PC's in order to troubleshoot any issue.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use TeamViewer on daily basis to provide remote support to our clients. Usually to solve issues with their software, to give training sessions and being able to record the session with multiple users. Also, to control their computer to help them install and execute new updates and configurations. It works very well with us and also to our clients, since its easy to download and install

Pros

  • remote connection, stable sessions
  • allows to save your most common devices (quicker connections)
  • you can either connect to last connections or a brand new in a matter of seconds
  • Recording of sessions

Cons

  • I think more safety in the remote connection
  • better prices or promotions
  • function to turn a computer on remotely
  • subtitles available in real time

Likelihood to Recommend

we are a small technology company who provide support to our clients, some of them are large companies and some are small or one person companies. With that being said, we love how TeamViewer works and fits all our different clients, some have paid licenses, some have free licenses but all of them work great. We always have steady connections, hardly ever encounter any troubleshooting, and when we do, it's because of the wifi connection or the software version. it's secure and easy to use. I could say the only thing that is not that appropriate, it's for our banking clients which need a higher level of security to let us connect to their computers
