Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

no it wasnt we deployed the solution and slowly and gradualy started to enable the features
Earlier connecting to the remote users was challenging but with TeamViewer life become easier now my team can take remote and share the files using TeamViewer or to fix the technical issues with out allocating a physical manpower

Pros

  • Most importantly, my support team can easily get access to the remote users to fix their technical issues
  • On a case-by-case basis, users need to share some heavily important files
  • support major platforms (Mac, Linux, Windows)

Cons

  • connectivity issue with slow internet networks
  • Earlier we were using the free version and we noticed limited features
  • For remote office with 10-15 users we dont required physical on-site support can bemanaged remotly ehich make positive impact
  • I dont require to send engineer to the remote location on montly basics for health checkup now able to manage remotly
  • improve productivity by fixing the issue instantly
hardly a month after deployment as the end user adapted the platform which help us reduce the support cost and reduced the travel expenses
Webex basically used for video calls and online meeting, GoToMyPC commercials are on the high side compare to the TeamViewer

Hi TeamViewer user Thank you for sharing how your team supports users in remote locations. When the number of end users is low sending physical resources often isnt practical and your approach shows exactly where remoteaccess tools make a meaningful impact. Being able to troubleshoot guide users and resolve technical issues without being onsite keeps your operations efficient while still delivering timely reliable support. TeamViewer helps your team bridge that distance by giving you secure realtime access to those systems whenever assistance is needed so even remote locations receive the same level of care as your main sites. If youd like to explore ways to streamline even more of your remotesupport workflow feel free to ask and we can look at options together. Best Your TeamViewer Team
