Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

TeamViewer is one of the essential tools we use in our project for remotely controlling our clients' systems to install or update software. It is very critical to take control of other systems remotely. TeamViewer security controls provide confidence to our clients as well as those to whom we provide our services.

Pros

  • Easy access.
  • Control environment.
  • Security controls.

Cons

  • Latency can be optimised.
  • Security controls sometimes go over the top and feel too much.
  • Cursor moments overlap.
  • It improves the efficiency of teams.
  • Reduces the office visits for simple tasks for WFH employees.
  • It's a convenience tool with multiple use cases.
As it is an efficiency improvement tool, we are aware of its benefits.

We can install using TeamViewer. Following the evolution of remote work culture, TeamViewer has become an essential tool for all installations, both in the current market and beyond.
