Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

As I am a developer, i frequently require client system access to deploy my application for usage but as most of the clients are remote it is physically impossible to attend everyone, therefore I use TeamViewer for this purpose as it's ease of access to client system is very easy to use and user friendly.
We have used TeamViewer to connect with the team while we were working remotely as we are a hybrid work-culture based company and we take TeamViewer connection to get files and easy transfer of codes. As we deal in IT, we require remote access to client laptop system to get our files and coles running, for this we use TeamViewer.

Pros

  • Remote access to client laptops
  • File sharing between internal team and external clients.
  • Session recording and reporting for analysis purposes.

Cons

  • There is no chat feature while using TeamViewer
  • Virus scanning is not provided while file sharing makes system vulnerable.
  • Multi factor authentication is not there, it should be there for more security.
  • Increase productivity with client as due to ease of access to client system
  • Virus scanning while files share is not provided which is a concern as we frequently deploy new applications in client system.
  • Connection between two teams is easier

My general interaction with client is required very frequently asked I am a Python developer, I need to provide and run my application codes in client system, for this i require TeamViewer to have access to client's system so that I can perform my tasks. Also some minor modifications and code improvements after client analysis is required in my line of job therefore TeamViewer is best suited to solve my Remote access issues
