Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
We use TeamViewer on daily basis to provide remote support to our clients. Usually to solve issues with their software, to give training sessions and being able to record the session with multiple users. Also, to control their computer to help them install and execute new updates and configurations. It works very well with us and also to our clients, since its easy to download and install

- I think more safety in the remote connection

- what we pay for our licenses, is less than the 10% we would paid if we had to go to in-person meetings with our clients

TeamViewer is an all in once app. We have remote control, simultaneous sessions with different clients, acceptable price for teams, training sessions, easy to use, multiuser connections, file transfer, screen recording, session recording, cloud storage. It also has better quality connection to the other end. you can also send message to your team, with no need to pay anything extra
