Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

Although I was not directly involved in the implementation of the software because that was completely done by our Tech Team but yes I did learn the initial features of the software and it was quite user friendly and I learnt about it's each and every component within 15 days and I will also recommend it to all the new startups that are looking forward for a customer retention and collaboration based software
TeamViewer is a third party software that helps us in connecting with different type of clients and employees that are working for our business. The software also helps us in communicating with all field staff with the help of audio and video calling, it also help us in give training to them and track their real time work

Pros

  • Building real time Communications
  • Multiple audio and video calls through personal devices
  • Simple and easy screen sharing with the whole team

Cons

  • Need powerful internet connection for complete collaboration
  • Does not work with iOS devices as there is no proper application available
  • The premium plan of this software is very costly and not beneficial for a small companies
  • Employees and customer retention has been increased by 53% from last year
  • The total percentage of our profit has also improved as now we are able to do better profits each financial year increasing compoundly at the rate of 23%
  • The liability of our website and application has also improved after installing Teamviewer in our company

We face real time challenges on the field as most of the time our staffs needs to explain about our services to clients so that they can get well educated about what the car detailing is? And in those scenarios we share our screens and do video and audio calls so that a better communication and information exchange can be done
