I believe Tenable can improve overall when it comes to supporting. The current method requires a login and submission of a ticket with some online chat support as well. Though the online chat feature is really helpful the option of submitting a ticket and waiting for a response can take some time. I have witnessed very long wait times and a lot of back and forth via email to get a certain issue resolved.
