What is Waalaxy?
Waalaxy helps users reach out to prospects where they are automatically on LinkedIn and by email.
Waalaxy users can find leads with LinkedIn and enrich them automatically, and send automated invitations and messages on LinkedIn by creating automated sequences directly from a list of contacts on LinkedIn. The user can then send contacts to a CRM or email marketing tool.

Good automation but not perfect -for me at least!-
I started using waalaxy as linkedin automation to get contacts quickly and automatically to build a network in efficent my time. This was my first time using these kinds of tools and I was not fully aware of their full potential. I had heard good things about it and wanted to use it.
- Automation: request for connection at random times to simulate human intervention
- automation: email link request to increase the maximum limit of link requests (before August 2022, linkedin policy changed message policies)
- automation: email search on linkedin
- needs to improve the interface to make it faster to use the platform, especially for those who do not always use all the functions and do not remember them. Navigating through the menus becomes time-consuming
- choice of profile "warming" type to avoid linkedin ban. Waalaxy seems less careful than other platforms to use automations with caution, at least in the beginning (you can't go from zero to 20 link requests a day because you risk banning. It's not certain but you risk it)
- 20 requests per day15% links accepted (depends on your message/strategy and industry, not the tool)
- return on investment is certain if you don't think automation can do it all: you have to work the contacts generated by waalaxy

Waalaxy works well and has been on the market for quite some time; it is a solid product. For my very personal use judgment, I don't like to waste time looking for functions in menus-I use too many saas to waste time and remember where I find functions.Learning curve and immediate usability are key for me, so I was better off with Closely which has a much better UX.Maybe it's my problem and you will be just as well off as many others, you just have to try both because they have the free version

waalaxy can manage multiple linkedin accounts, and it is possible to delegate to a secretary or coworker the use of the platform for one or more profiles. Automations allow optimal time management of collaborators, at least for those functions for which we can delegate to a bot.

It is difficult to make such an assessment because there is no perfect software and there are few that compete with Waalaxy. This software is not perfect but it is extremely reliable which is the most important feature when you rely on a tool that links to your linkedin account on which you have spent hours and hours of time and you cannot afford to lose what is built
- Requesting connections with other users, this is the only feature that I'm really interested in right now is that it's super easy for anyone to use
- setting up messages is very simple and the interface really nice
