Overall Satisfaction with 6sense
For us, it gives us a look into our ICP and makes sure that we're going after the right titles and personas. And then in addition to that it makes sure that we're going after the correct target accounts when it comes to doing outbound prospecting.
Pros
- I think it gives you really good insight into the market that your business is in and your competitors as well. I think it gives you a good line of sight into your rep's book of business and how to grow the pipeline year after year.
Cons
- I don't know if it's possible, but I would love to be able to see who's actually looking at the website versus anonymous Florida. But I know there's privacy and things like that, but that's my wishlist I would say.
- As I said, we've been using 6sense for about three months at Bonterra and we just now fully launched it in the last month and we've already seen about a 10% raise in our pipeline produced for meetings booked. Still waiting to see what type of result that has on closed won business as we have a little bit of a longer sales cycle, but a few months in we're already seeing a lot of improvement for sure.
I would say not yet, just because like I said, we're only three months in. However, I will say in the last month of our full launching, we had about four meetings with the anonymous buying title and they did convert to a meeting booked and sales-qualified lead. I would say it's just going to keep going up from there.
