We use 8x8 for our whole office phone system (voice and fax).
- Easy to use.
- The app makes taking calls on your cell phone very easy.
- Multiple options enable different users to tailor it to their liking (calls on a traditional phone, thru PC, thru app or forwarded to another line).
- Occasionally drops calls.
- Customer service has taken a while to address some issues with transferring numbers.
- I have had occasional issues with the handset.
- Enables us to have all the features of an office based phone system.
- Dropped calls are very frustrating for the employees and clients.
don't remember the other providers we looked into but 8x8 seemed like the best price/value combination at the time
