Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Virtual Office
We use 8x8 both as an inner office communication tool as well as a way to answer our clients outside the office. It allows us to always be able to help our clients.
- Transfers from desktop to handset with ease.
- Stores all messages and calls within the desktop.
- Allows for work to be done outside the office.
- If we could get email implemented we would be golden.
- Its allowed us to work all hours of the day.
