Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Virtual Office

It is used by my company. Currently, we have one user but in the past, it had expanded to 6 users.
  • Voice quality good
  • Customer service is unresponsive.
  • Billing is inaccurate
  • iPhone app has bugs.
  • Negative. Wastes my time month to month to monitor the charges.
Have not used so cannot compare.
Long wait times and limited office hours in billing department.

Customer service and billing issues are a big problem. I am currently a 1 person operation and do not have the time to deal with these issues. I need a system I can trust without every month having to call in and dispute.
