Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work

We use 8x8 Work as a small podiatry office who travels and has been a great resource for us!

Pros

  • Available on mobile devices
  • Ease of changing work hours
  • Simple Fax retrieval

Cons

  • Customer support services
  • In person Training for Offices on how to use the product
  • Glitches
  • Our call volume has significantly increased
It is fairly easy to use, yet when we have issues or need help figuring out something we have not done before - the representatives and getting help is very time consuming for a small business.

We love the availability to have our phone system on our mobile phones for traveling. The ease of access to see the faxes from a mobile device as well is imperative for a traveling office.
