We use 8x8 for our amusement and catering company. Assists with handling sales calls for our operations and office teams. The mobile app is utilized daily to access our office phones while on the road, which is a big part of the industry. Settings are easy to update, such as voicemails, auto attendants, and extensions. We have used it for over a decade and do not plan on changing anytime soon.

Cons
- Consolidate menus.
- Make different setting options searchable on the Portal.
- Offer headsets with the phones as standard.
- Getting access to emergency voicemails left on our office lines when we are at home, on the weekend, or after hours.
- Texting clients from a dedicated office line portal, keep things private and organized.
- The ease of installation and helpful support when needed significantly limit the time wasted.
