Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work

I am able to easily, quickly and efficiently reach my contacts, and without the need for a physical telephone, meaning that I am able to be flexible with where I work from. I find that the platform is sophisticated and customiseable to my needs, and has all of the necessary features that I need for operating within my sector.

Pros

  • The platform is very easy to navigate
  • The platform is very adaptable and customiseable
  • The set up of the product was very easy
  • It is generally a quite stable and useable interface

Cons

  • The call quality can sometimes drop
  • The incoming calls often cut out with no reason at all
  • Customer support is sometimes tricky, and some agents are not as fluent English speakers as others which can impact the service
  • It allows for quicker communications

It is very quick and easy to call necessary contacts rather than having to use a physical phone. It makes contacting people much more streamlined, time efficient and ultimately, easy. The sound quality is usually very good quality as well, which enables me to much better communicate with my contacts.
