Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work

I use 8x8 at work to receive inbound calls to our customer service line. The product addresses the problem of not having to have a landline to receive calls since we work remotely. It's easy to use and manage via the app.

Pros

  • Transfer calls
  • Listen to voicemails
  • Receive and make calls
  • Easy to read the callers number

Cons

  • It would be great to see the number that is assigned to us in the home screen
  • A feature that would let you know if your not logged into a queue
  • A snapshot of calls received
  • It does a good job of seeing missed calls and voicemails
  • It has a great interface
  • Excellent for remote working
All the functions are easily accessible and can also be managed via a desktop as well.
It stacks up well and it's really good I would keep using it and recommend it to anyone.

8x8 is perfect especially for an organization that works remotely. I think it functions well and easy to manage via the app right on my cell phone.
