Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use 8x8 at work to receive inbound calls to our customer service line. The product addresses the problem of not having to have a landline to receive calls since we work remotely. It's easy to use and manage via the app.

It would be great to see the number that is assigned to us in the home screen
A feature that would let you know if your not logged into a queue
A snapshot of calls received

It does a good job of seeing missed calls and voicemails
It has a great interface
Excellent for remote working

Usability

All the functions are easily accessible and can also be managed via a desktop as well.

Alternatives Considered

It stacks up well and it's really good I would keep using it and recommend it to anyone.
