Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work

Dailly inbound/outbound business calls, voicemail, remote calling/answering, etc.

Pros

  • call forwarding/transferring
  • 3 way calls
  • simultaneous ring
  • music on hold
  • voicemail to email

Cons

  • the system fits our needs and so much more
  • we are striving for extra time to delve deeper into the product offerings
While we barely scratch the surface of what is offered, we know there is so much more to take us to a different level.
it has been a long time since we have utilized other products.

When we are all in a meeting, we can have main number ring to multiple outside numbers. ie cell phones. We always have coverage during business hours.
