Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have worked remotely as a therapist for the last couple of years. During this time, 8x8 has been a great resource to utilize communication between fellow team members as well as participants. It allows me to both call as well as send text messages that can be received. It provides privacy for myself and ensuring my personal contact is not shared.

Pros

Ability to call.
Ability to send text messages.
Ability to use group communication.

Cons

Every so often I have to re-install 8x8.
It would be great if it worked offline as well.
Sometimes there is lagging.

Provides safety.

Overall, it works well except when the internet goes out.
