Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work

Communication – telephone system and the people are
outstanding:

The phone system is very clear and easy to navigate. Our
people are mostly not electronically minded, and I really appreciate how
quickly everyone was able to get to hang of the system, I don’t know how we
survived without it.

I want to compliment the sales person; he was professional
and knowledgeable of the system. who answered the phone. They were so polite
and helpful right from the start. The 8x8 team does a wonderful job. I'm always happy to have
a conversation with such a friendly people.

Pros

  • They listen to what we needed and provided the perfect solution
  • There knowledge of the system that are out there and guiding us to the best solution, is priceless
  • Not afraid of negative responses to suggestions, this was key, it helped use choose the right equipment

Cons

  • A larger selection of systems, but not sure if that is really helpful?
  • With the experience all I can say is don't try and fix something that isn't broken
  • At first I thought the system was on the high side, until we started using it. It was a bargain at twice the price.
  • an average our customer base increased 40% mainly because the system really upgraded our customer contact. Leaving messages became a lot nicer, and our customers noticed this right away.
There is always a learning curve, however the system was really easy to maneuver, even our most non savvy employees were able to understand the system and after just a few weeks, they didn't even think of how to operate it, it came natural to them. This automatically increased their overall stats by over 50%.

We did speak with others, however the 8x8 Work crew were the most helpful, they were the only group that when asked about system they did not have, they took the time to look into them and compared the differences, this was paramount.

Using 8x8 Work

10 - The Brokers on a regular bases, advising clients, keep up to day on market conditions, pricing, and financing options, Showing and listing properties: Promoting properties to prospective buyers and showing listings for buyers.

Our Receptionist, is most times the first point of contact for clients, they manage administrative tasks, and support our real estate agents to ensure the office runs smoothly.
6 - The owners handle the ins and outs of the communications and other aspects of the business. With the ease of operations, they can focus on other aspects of running the business, they no longer have to worry about the phone system, all because of the 8x8 interactions.
  • Initial Contact with customers
  • Solid messages and ease to retrieve any messages left on the system
  • Ability to retrieve messages on the go.
  • Connecting the computer with the telephone system, a real game changer
  • Ability to connect to the system from any location
  • Most important, the systems instructions are very simple to understand
  • Connecting other Brokers directly and incorporating our website with communications
For the company, it is one of, if not the best investment made to date.

Evaluating 8x8 Work and Competitors

Yes - At the time it was an old regular phone system, we could not check anything remotely, nor could everyone check group messages, we could not incorporate it into our computer system or check message away from the office. This all changed for the better, when we received the 8x8 system.

  • Ease of Use
Everyone at first had there own personal systems, no one could share any information without taking someone's time with meetings. This changed with the 8x8 system. Meetings could be done remotely from any location, sharing information became a common and extremely simple process.
Knowing what I know now, I would not have wasted the time looking into other companies, I would have called 8x8 and saved a lot of time and money.
