Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use 8x8 Work for my direct line, every employee has they own direct line as well as internal extensions for quick access. I am able to track each lines call information several times a day to send out in a report so each employee knows how many call they've made plus the amount of time they have talked.

We never have problems working with 8x8 Work, employees pickup quickly on how to use the system best for them. Calling out and receiving calls is simple, the ablility to click on a number and 8x8 Work dial it for you saves so much time when you are making high volume calls.

8x8 Work is great for alloting each employee their own number. Having an app to download on your phone ensures you never miss a call when out of the office. The app installed on your computer eliminates the need to have a phone and dial a number, you can simply click on a number instead!
