More than Content

It's been great for telephone and fax but SMS has not worked out because Internet presence was required and I choose to not be on social media. We don't do any marketing on text and only use it for short communications with individual clients so this was a reduction in service for us. Having said all of the above, this program is easy to use especially because of being able to send fax messages and controlling the availability options for telephonic communication. The capacity to control different options from a cell phone has been extremely effective as is the message transmission. There's never been a miss. The physical phone equipment is excellent and reasonable priced. We often access call history and find all of the features easy to use. As the decision maker, I would never consider switching this service.
