Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work
We use 8x8 Work for our incoming calls. Since we receive many calls daily we are able to track them down and get back to our customers in case they don't leave a voicemail. The technology allows us to link our phone system with our computers providing a more efficient customer service. We also use the fax feature which keeps a history.
Pros

- free feature for text messages. (Not free anymore)
- customers enjoy the time waiting on hold since info is educative
- we are able to provide marketing info while on hold
- employees are able to respond to calls and messages while on the road
Not sure which one we have used in the past, but we are very happy with 8x8. We have become so used to it that we do not see the need of switching. Price is comfortable and it has been effective for our needs. It's easy and comfortable to use.

Yes - I cant remember which one we had but it was outdated and wasn't giving us the effective we needed besides the fact that it gave us many problems. We had to trash them since we were not even able to sell them.

Cloud Station is the most important for us because it gives us the option to have access 24/7. This allows us to provide great customer service which is a must for our company. Customers have mentioned how comfortable they are with our availability and this is important for our company.
I would not change the evaluation nor the process. It all went smooth and it was a positive outcome, so we are glad and happy exactly the way it went. Would not change it, it was great. Employees are all satisfied and have gotten used to it already. Which is also a positive thing for our company.

No. Our company is very basic so what we have is good for now. Maybe in the future if we see it is needed then its something we will consider. We are very happy with the fact that we barely have any concerns and when we do call we obtain the support required. So we are good for now.
yes, there was a time where we no longer had the admin employee, and we did not have the password to log in and make changes. We received the proper support; issue was resolved and everything else went smoothly. Great customer service, can't complain.

Yes - Excellent!!! We have employees who travel or are on the road and this makes it very flexible to manage. It helps us provide great customer service which is a must for our company.
