It works great for a contact center. The analytics allows us to analyze performance, but there could be some improvements to allow us to better understand and follow the data.

8x8 X Series Support

Support team takes a while to respond and the tier 1 seems to have the same level of product knowledge that I do.

Using 8x8 X Series

It's easy to use. Gave it an 8 because of the occasional bugs.
