Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series
The majority of use the phone set (VVX450) and our remote workers use the 8x8 X Series app. The app allows our remote workers with the capability to retrieve voice mail while away from the desk. They can also communicate just like being at their office.
Pros

- Admin Console is easy to manage

- Customer service - understand the time zones to contact us during business hours
- The app could use some improvements

- Features like call forwarding and ring groups
- Ability to set up roles and assignments with the appropriate permissions
- Easy to use versus the old Mitel system we had
- Flexibility to communicate on personal phones with the app and not showing actual phone number on personal phone.
- Great to have during disaster recovery issues
