Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series
All phone calls and texts. Video calls and screen share. Search function regularly to track calls.
Pros
- Search calls.
- Make calls.
- Search text via keywords.
Cons
- Filter to indicate incoming SPAM calls.
- A place to put notes for the numbers.
- Increased speed on audio as there is often lag in the audio.
- 8x8 makes dialing out to all my clients so much easier than just using my phone, making it more speedy and efficient.
- 8x8 does have a lag, however, and sometimes my clients get frustrated at the delays.
- The search function on 8x8 allows me to find conversations quickly and efficiently.
Follow-up boss is a CRM and dialer combined, which is ideal. However, it is much clunkier and harder to use. On a pure dialing basis, 8x8 is much more efficient and streamlined. However, should 8x8 add a note section for each number dialed, it would improve the product significantly.
