Use Cases and Deployment Scope

phone system for our company, with sales extensions. Voice mail, call forwarding, etc. General way customers can call our sales people, communicate about their orders, reach their particular sales person or leave a voice mail message. We use mainly for sales as accounting and shipping are handled over email.

i can always reach an understandable, helpful tech person to address any system changes that I need to make.. It always seems to be set and forget... I don't like thinking or worrying about the phone system... it does what it does and works
