Overall Satisfaction with AB Tasty
AB Tasty is a reliable, well-thought, user-friendly testing tool. We've been using it across our platform to gather insights about user preferences and to prioritize new features. AB Tasty is now the most powerful testing and personalization tool in the market but I suggest a real assessment of resources and capabilities because unless the company plans on using all the features of the most powerful ones, I think AB Tasty is an amazing alternative, with better cost/benefit ration, specially for startups.

- Generated end user insight that rippled into other parts of the business
We haven't hired any support from AB Tasty so the testing ideas are rather generic, which is to be expected. In terms of support overall I have only good things to say; when we started using the server side our team had many questions and AB Tasty has put resources available to explain how to achieve what was needed and address all our questions.

Optimize does not support SPAs, it was a deal breaker for us. AB Tasty supports it very well.
