Overall Satisfaction with AB Tasty

It is used by our marketing department to help improve the UX on our external-facing website.
  • Great customer service
  • Fast response time
  • Easy-to-use platform
  • Cost effective
  • Analytics dashboard could use some work (they did make recent improvements)
  • Ability to see history of changes on a test isn't there
  • Can only do time targeting via custom code
  • Increased conversion rates
  • Improved UX on the site
  • Decreased bounce rate
They've helped us set up custom coded experiences and are very quick to respond if we need help or have an issue we're trying to solve.

Fairly easy to set up. We mostly use the analytics straight out of AB Tasty though.
AB Tasty isn't as sophisticated or advanced as Monetate. The analytics section in Monetate is fabulous. But AB Tasty is great for smaller companies with a smaller budget. And the AB Tasty support has been better.
Great for testing various experiences or potential new experiences before launching to everyone.
