Overall Satisfaction with Abila MIP Fund Accounting

We are currently changing a few things to even better use the system and it gives us everything we need to report to directors, auditors and monitor budgets.

Pros

  • Does budgeting well
  • Once we have COA changed over, we will be able to print indirect cost proposals and reports directly from the system
  • Statements for directors and auditors are run directly from the system in various formats

Cons

  • We probably do not use the system to its fullest, but what we do use it for works fine. We do not have any limits to report for us.
  • Very positive
  • Have been able to produce any report customized for many uses and needs
  • Fixed assets are very easy to maintain
It's as good and better in almost all areas of any program I have ever worked in.
It's well suited for non profit and grant reporting. I'm really not sure of any use that it is not good for. I know of several companies using the system all from for profit corporations to Indian Tribal Governments using it for regular operations and grant reporting. I highly recommend this system for everyone no matter your business use.
