Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS
Absorb LMS is the primary e-Learning platform at my organization. The system is primarily used to disperse off-the-shelf soft-skill training, as well as our in-house curated training, to our field employees (RMs/DMs/Trainers/Store and Assistant Managers)
Pros
- I have a wonderful Client Success Manager (Zoe MacKay) who always makes herself available to my organization when needed. She is a delight to work with.
- The Absorb LMS platform is easy to navigate from an end-user perspective.
- This is my first time administering an LMS platform, and Absorb LMS is pretty user-friendly once you get the hang of it!
Cons
- I find the Absorb LMS Knowledge Base to be a bit laborious to have to search through to find answers...and sometimes they are not easily understandable
- As simple as it may seem, I would like the ability to hit enter after entering search information rather than having to select the "Add Filter" button
- I would like the ability to run reports on multiple things at once (i.e., courses, etc.)
- Using Absorb LMS has increased our employee learning engagement
- The ability to store global sources has streamlined our policy, procedure, and form distribution process
- LinkedIn Learning (Lynda.com)
It is hard to compare because LinkedIn Learning is not a traditional LMS. My organization needed a traditional LMS to help with creating content as well as needing a comprehensive reporting tool

Yes - Response time from support is great. Most issues are resolved quickly
Zoe is my Client Success Manager, and she is always willing to help! She will jump on Zoom calls to demonstrate items I need help with and walk through administration set-ups to ensure I am doing things correctly. Most recently, she offered to join a team call to demo the Observation Checklist functionality, which is new to the team!
