Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

We primarily use Absorb LMS to track our hospital's compliance with one-time and annual required training. We're able to enroll staff into job-based training needs and track and report on completions. We also use Absorb LMS to facilitate our employee onboarding training and skill improvement courses.

Our Skillsoft library is integrated with Absorb, allowing users to search their catalog as they would any other course. This has allowed employees to improve self-skills such as customer service or teach skills (Microsoft Office, etc).

The Analyze reports are extremely deep and we've created standard reporting charts and project-oriented reports that ensure staff are up-to-date with requirements.









The support is one of the best parts of Absorb LMS. The support staff is super responsive and provides fixes, advice, guidance in a professional and easily understood manner.
During our discovery phase, we found that Absorb LMS's easy-to-use interface and deep funcionality was better than the other vendors.

Absorb LMS has greatly reduced the time that our staff spends on enrolling users into courses and reporting on learning. Many of our old processes were manual, but are now automated with Absorb LMS. Tasks that used to take 2-4 hours are now done automatically through Absorb LMS. The reporting options have made it easy for any administrator to pull data and build/share custom reports.
