Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS
Absorb LMS is the platform that we have used to build out and deliver training for mandatory compliance programs internally and for client training externally. Because we are tangentially a health services organization, the requirements for HIPAA compliance are stringent and annual. A third training function that Absorb LMS provides for us is internal training for new employees in the functions and systems that they will be working with.

- File management is a continuing problem
- Course development is somewhat weak and we need to use external applications to develop coursework
- ROI on compliance initiatives is very difficult to track and measure, however, noncompliance is obvious and dangerous.
- The development of an online training system has enabled our organization to reduce the need to deliver in-person training to our clients' employees.
- On boarding of new employees has become much more efficient than it was before we had an online training system.

We have found very few of the advanced features of the Absorb LMS platform useful in our application of a learning management system.
Two of the other platforms that we tested and evaluated are not available in your list. We looked at systems from EMS1.com delivered by Praetorian, Inc., and we looked at a product called WebAnywhere, with whom we actually contracted for a year before abandoning the platform after finding it much too difficult to use.
