Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

We use Absorb LMS to deliver compliance and skills training. The system supports eLearning as well as instructor led courses. We chose Absorb LMS because it provides access for our field based employees, and has an easy to navigate user interface. Administration is straightforward, and while a little click heavy, fairly intuitive and very easy to learn.
We have 3,500 users who are a combination of field and office based employees in the US and Canada.

  • Lighter administrative load, we went from 20-30 support tickets per month to 1 or 2.
  • Our course setup and configuration time now takes less than 5 minutes. In our previous system it took us close to 15 minutes to publish a course.
  • We have been able to push administrative responsibilities to department level administrators, because of the ability to have department level admins, who only have access and control of their department users and content.
I use the system daily, and it's easy to navigate and get to where I need to be. While there are more clicks than I would like, the system is intuitive and I can always find what I need. After using the system for several months, I can complete all my tasks quickly and support users when needed.

The Create tool is great, the additional AI features to help with content creation make publishing courses quick and easy.
Their integrated content library makes publishing course quick, and they have many of the same courses as some of the larger 3rd party content providers.
We have integrated our HRIS system with Absorb LMS, the process was straightforward and well supported during our integration. Since it started we have not had any issues.
Absorb Engage allows us to market and socialize our course offerings and allows us to get feedback from learners on our course offerings.
Absorb LMS provides the best customer support I have ever received. Our CSM is very responsive, incredibly knowledgeable about the system, and works to help us get the most out of our investment. He acts as if he is part of our team.

Our integration was the smoothest and easiest of my career. I have implemented or been involved in implementing learning management systems 3 other times in my career and this was by far the smoothest. We had no major issues with integrations or with migrating our historical data. It was an administrators dream integration.
Of all the systems I have used, Absorb LMS is the best supported, easiest to use, and most trouble free.

Our integration experience was very well managed. We launched on-time, and only had to do basic end-user training because the system is very user friendly and intuitive to use.
The customer support is exceptional, we have an assigned Customer Success Manager we meet with and talk to regularly. They are very responsive and have helped us optimize our processes to get the most out of the system.
Because the system is easy to use, we have very few user issues or tickets we have to support. 90% of user problems are resolved by using the FAQs we provided when we launched the system.
