Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

We partnered with Absorb LMS to develop a client-facing learning platform that will address talent and skill gaps in our industry. Our use case is a mix of internal and external, but it's primarily external. Because of that, we place a priority on user experience, a clean purchasing experience, and a learner-centered approach. Absorb LMS, in our opinion, had the best user experience for learners.

Working with Umed in sales was wonderful. He was super helpful and worked with us to make sure we received the support we needed. Then, the implementation process was super easy. They provided simple resources and homework to do, and then 60 minute training sessions to walk through whatever you need related to the content. They also provide a wonderful checklist for helping ensure that it's set up correctly.
At the end of the day, Absorb LMS had the best user experience. When we looked at all the options, we felt like Absorb was superior in user experience, learning tools, and the content creator. Additionally, the support they promised (and that we've experienced), made them a great solution. Lastly, the price point is great. In our opinion, Absorb LMS was the best of all options.

Honestly, I think Absorb LMS is a great fit for any organization looking for a learning management system. It's scalable for growing organizations and it has great features for large organizations. I love that we have a trusted partner who specializes in the user's experience, so that we can focus on the learner. To us, we chose Absorb because they had a better, more modern user interface, and we felt like it would resonate with our learners. While our use is primarily external facing, this would be perfect for internal uses as well. I think Absorb LMS can be useful to teams across all industries and organization sizes. Essentially, if you need a learning management system, then this is a great solution.

Evaluating Absorb LMS and Competitors

User experience was key for us. It has the best user interface for learners, and that's what sold us. Many of the LMS platforms do the same things. But few gave us the impression of user-centeredness, and the ongoing support, as Absorb LMS.
