Overall Satisfaction with Accounting by Wave
I use Wave to send invoices automatically and run payments too. I'm a small business owner and I want a very easy to use platform that is very economical. The invoices are very clean and professional. I can also attach reports to each invoice. I can also push a reminder if they have not paid without doing it myself :)

- Interface, VERY easy to use
- Clean and beautiful invoices (email and print)
- Run payments
- They have a paid feature to get help, definitely worth it. But sometimes, calling to get a quick answer would be nice.
- Chatbot or chat person to get help when it is late at night :)
- Change the theme colors to match company colors.
- It has cut my costs down; more $$ in my pocket.
- I spend less time invoicing clients.
- Saves me time with auto billing.
The interface is too complicated and not as user friendly. It was more costly. With online, we want fast, and QB online wasn't that snappy. However, their support was great. With Wave I didn't need support :)
