Overall Satisfaction with Act-On

Pros

  • Act-On helps you attract visitors to your web site, convert them to leads and qualify them a with lead nurturing and marketing automation.

Cons

  • The product has some weakness in two areas:
  • Customization of pages and forms was not as easy as it might have been. The WSYWIG HTML editor is OK for tweaks, but more comprehensive customization is difficult.
  • Product localization for other languages is difficult.
  • convert visitors to leads: 2-5%, convert leads to qualified leads: 50-80%, convert qualified leads to customer: 30-50%
I have tried all of the MA-software out there and almoust all of them are good and will get the job done. ActOn however has the best support.
If you want a marketing automation software that is easy to work with and have seamless connection to your CRM and webinars. Go ActOn!
