I have been using Act-On for over a year and it has been a key part of our marketing plan to deliver important information to our leads and prospective customers. It is both easy to use and offers a high level of customization. This allows for the creation of professional looking marketing collateral.
Act-On support is also great. They offer quick and easy assistance to help with almost any problem. They walk you through the issue until you feel that it has been resolved. Thanks to everyone at Act-On!

- Consistently updating the user interface for a better experience
- Sometimes the editor can be a little buggy
- Sometimes things reformat themselves

I used Constant Contact briefly but Act-On offers a much more complete package.
