Overall Satisfaction with Act-On

We are using Act-On to hep us optimise our marketing efforts, from Lead nurturing to the creation of automated programmes, We decided to use this tool because it is an complete marketing platform that allows us to have a complete overview of all our marketing activities in one place, great for reporting ROI and it integrated with existing CRM system.

In terms of functionality Act On in my opinion is a solid platform if you compare it with other marketing automation tools, the one thing where they beat the competition is on pricing and how flexible they are when you negotiate with them
We are just starting to use this and the decision to renew our contract will be based on achieving our goal.
Act-On is well suited for integration to existing business platforms.
