Overall Satisfaction with Act-On

We are an Act-On Agency Apex partner. I find the customer service at Act-On has been fantastic so far. Overall, I am totally impressed that Act-On allows us to reach unique customers and prospects individually and at different times/stages. I love the capabilities around Lead Generation/Scoring/Nurturing and customer retention!

Using Act-On

As long as the customer service continues to be awesome and the platform continues to add new feature sets, I cannot imagine why we would move.
