Overall Satisfaction with Act-On

A powerful tool combined with superior support, Act-On surpasses its competitors in every aspect and is the best marketing automation tool on the market. I am always trying to implement as many/if not all of their features across the board to ensure we leverage this platform and its functionality to its full extent.
  • Tracking - email tracking, website tracking, click through tracking.
  • Salesforce Integration - Integrated into Salesforce with a built in Act-On Tab, an important feature for sales users.
  • Email Templates - With Act-On's customization and flexibility we can create emails exactly how we want them without any compromises.
  • Improved Interface, the tabs can get confusing at times. This might be because the new interface is still in a beta.
  • Increased Employee Efficiency
  • Increased Data & Analytics
  • Faster Lead Conversion
In comparison with Pardot, Act-On includes all features offered by them and more. The biggest thing was I felt like I was in good hands, where as with Pardot I felt they just wanted the sale and would abandon us and not provide in-depth support and training as Act-On does. There have been many instances where we needed support immediately, I am always able to pick up the phone and call and get a rep right away to resolve our issue/help.
What CRM are you using? Depending on what CRM is being used, Act-On may or may not have built in integration and that is a key highlight/feature. How do your sales users send and track their emails? If they are not sending mass emails and only reach out to a limited number of prospects, tracking and mass email tools might not be as important.

Using Act-On

Our factors of renewal include: the ease of use of the platform, advanced technology, tracking and features, Salesforce integration, marketing list/database cleaning, excellent support and customer service, new features continuously being added with new updates, online community, ALUV, training and resources always available to help all users, user specific features (sales and marketing).
