Overall Satisfaction with Act-On

We are using Act-On to send our email blasts and then track visitors to our website.
  • Salesforce integration
  • Website prospecting
  • Very problematic that contacts lose activity history when they change email addresses.
  • Unknown - we have just started using it.
Better has better integration with Salesforce than Pardot, ironically.
