Marketing and support teams use Act-On daily at our shop. I provides a central place to create and publish most interactive communications.
  • Email and Landing Pages, great feature set. Flexible for different skill level users. Easy integration to CRM.
  • Robust list and contact management allowing complete communication cycle to take place in one place.
  • Solid lead scoring platform and follow up tools.
  • Social Media tool needs development.
  • Faster lead conversion, increased employee efficiency, better customer service.
Great integration to WebEx! If you are running WebEx webinars, you have to evaluate Act-On as your automation tool.

  • Lead Scoring system is easy to set up change and read
  • Sales rep module is fantastic and it gives your sales rep total transparency into what marketing is sending out
  • Social media tools need updating
  • Data Studio needs a serious re-haul, cannot pull fast reports
